There are many ways you can work with us to help make this unique festival even more successful.
Individuals
As an individual you can donate some of your time helping out during the event as a steward and get free passes for doing so. Terms & conditons and an application form can be found on this page (see right).
Organisations
As an organization, you may like to sponsor a particular stage, band or artist, or you may like to provide food/refreshments for the players. We envisage greater media coverage at this and all future events.
Venues
Do you have a venue that could be involved in the festival? Perhaps hosting some of our talented performers or workshops? Please get in touch.
Workshop Leaders
Are you able to run a music-related workshop covering all age groups?
Lifts/Drivers
Can you offer lifts to the festival?
Accommodation/Camping
Can you offer a room or camping space to some of our bands who are travelling from further afield?
Stewards Terms & Conditions
Please read the following carefully :
- You must be aged 18 years or above on or before May 28th 2010
- You must purchase a weekend ticket: £18-00. (Refundable, after you have completed your stewarding duties)
- You must be prepared to work at least 3 hours over the festival weekend in exchange for your ticket & some refreshments.
- You are required to be vigilant & health & safety conscious at all times whilst on duty.
- You must co-operate fully with team leaders & festival organisers at all times.
- You must not be under the influence of alcohol, drugs or any other intoxicating substances whilst on duty.

Street Entertainers
We have a Street Entertainers licence for the Saturday & Monday which means anyone can bring along an instrument and play without fear of having their collars felt!
