It is with deep regret that we have to announce that Pinc Ffloyd will now NOT be playing on Sunday 31st May at the Theatre Clera. The venue's administrators were unable to open the doors to the venue before midday for reasons of their own, to allow the band enough time to set up their technical equipment. We apologise to all you disappointed fans and trust that this will not deter you from coming to enjoy the rest of this wonderful festival. Kuldip

Welshpool Town Council & the Music Festival Committee are proud to announce the return of the Music Festival for its second year. Excellent music will be played at many venues across the town, including carnival day on Monday. We welcome you all to come and enjoy a truly entertaining weekend.

£10.00 two stages (on one day)

£18.00 four stages (two days)

Children between 9 - 16 half price.
All children need to be accompanied by an adult.

A Talent Competition was held on last Saturday (15th May) in the Corn Exchange at Welshpool Town Hall, to find new talent in the area, with the winners being given the opportunity to perform at the Welshpool Music Festival over the Spring Bank Holiday weekend. There were entrants in all categories ie. Singer U12s, 12-18years and Adult; Dance U12s, 12-18 and Adult and Variety.
